http://www.AA.com just relaunched. Looks like a busy version of Dustin Curtis's.
The ridiculous e-mail AA sent, to tease the new site, shows a historical timeline of their web "milestones" since 1995. It's on the verge of being comical.
I agree that a redesign IS a major challenge for any large enterprise: I've seen the difficulties myself. But it's totally stupid that Mr. X was fired for saying that--it's not a secret!
